What causes this issue?

You have tried to perform set operations after editing address list
versions manually.

System Response

It is not allowed to perform set operations when any address list
version might be edited manually during the same transaction.
Changes in adress lists are:
Changing the description of a version
Deleting a version
Completing a version
Deleting or adding addresses

How to fix this error?

Save your manual changes by saving the mailing campaign. Call up the
address list again and perform the set operation.
