What causes this issue?

You have attempted to create s ahipment with the IDoc of the output
type SHPCPR (IDoc type TPSSHT01). There is to be internal assignment of
the shipment number. To continue this process, you must first fill the
following fields in the IDoc segment E1TPSHH as reference parameters.
SRVID1: Unique external number of the shipment at the service agent
CARRID: Delivery number of the service agent

System Response

Without the required specifications, processsing cannot be continued.

How to fix this error?

Have the IDoc filled correctly at the transmitting partner.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
