What causes this issue?

The variable &V1& stands for the field &V2&, which in turn is compounded
with the field. Therefore, the field must be restricted in the same way
in all assigned queries that contain the variable: by either using the
same fixed value or the same variable.

The data basis cannot be saved.

Assign the data basis queries that meet the required conditions for the
variables.
