  • What causes this issue?

    The current value &V2& cannot be correctly checked for characteristic
    &V1&.
    The characteristic is also saved in the BW system. However, either the
    BW system currently cannot be accessed, or the parameters coming from BW
    are contradictory.

    System Response

    You can still save the value. It is checked using a list of uncritical
    characters. This check is very restrictive.

    How to fix this error?

    Run transaction <AB>SM59</> (Display and Maintain RFC Destinations) to
    ensure that all BW systems that are involved can be accessed.
    Run transaction <AB>RSKC</> (Maintain Permitted Characters) to check the
    settings in the BW systems.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
