    What causes this issue?

The dispute case was changed in the accounting system with process step
&v1&. Since process step &v2& was determined in the Dispute Management
system, assume that the change from the accounting system will be saved
    in the Dispute Management system.
If the change is a merely a change to the process integration (fields
that only the system can modify), you can make your change regardless.
If this is not the case, you have to assume that your change will be
overwritten by the change from the accounting system that is still to be
    saved.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Procedure for System Administrators

In the IDoc inbox (transaction <DS:TRAN.BD87>Select IDocs</>), check
whether there is still an IDoc to be posted for the dispute case with
GUID . If necessary, trigger the processing of this IDoc.
