What causes this issue?

A case should be confirmed automatically. However, in Customizing you
have not defined a status that the case is to receive when it is
confirmed automatically.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Define a status for confirming dispute cases automatically.
