What causes this issue?

This is an approval process for reversing or inverting the original
document &V1&, which was posted in period &V3&/&V4&. However, the
original document was not found.

System Response

The reversal or inversion cannot take place.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the original document indeed no longer exists. If this is
the case, you will have to cancel the approval process.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
