    The likely cause is a faulty implementation of BAdI <LS>Workflow for
    Manual Postings </>. This error occurs in the following cases:
    The method <AB>GET_STEP_AGENT</> in the BAdI returns approval agents,
    all of which have already approved or discarded the workflow.
    The method <AB>CHECK_IF_STEP_FINISHED</> in the BAdI returns the value
    <AB>ABAP_FALSE</>.

    The document is set to the status <LS>With Errors</>.

    How to fix this error?

    Examine your BAdI implementation. Afterwards, the person who submitted
    the document can either resume the approval process for the document or
    can discard the document.
