Note: &V3& might be a successor of the consolidation group for which the
block action was triggered in the consolidation monitor.
To be able to block task &V1& for consolidation group &V3&, you have to
block task &V1& for all sender groups of consolidation group &V3& (in
addition to the tasks the precede task &V1& in &V3&).
