What causes this issue?

Budget billing plan &V1& cannot be deleted because clearings are already
posted to at least one item, or at least one item is in a payment
specification or payment order.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options:
Reverse payment for budget billing items
Withdraw the payment for budget billing items
Reverse the payment specification of the budget billing items
Reverse the payment order of the budget billing items
Delete the budget billing plan

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
