field <LS>Budget billing procedure</> of the contract account contains
the value 0.

How to fix this error?

If you want to create a budget billing plan for the contract account,
you will have to change the 0 in field <LS>Budget billing procedure</>
to a supported value for the contract account.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
