  • What causes this issue?

    You tried to edit or delete a so-called soft font (software font
    installed in the system by uploading) for a certain device type.

    System Response

    The system does not allow editing/deleting of soft fonts for individual
    device types.

    How to fix this error?

    Soft fonts to be used with SAPscript/Smart Forms are installed
    centrally in the system and automatically available to all device types
    whose SAPscript printer drivers support soft fonts. Soft fonts can be
    installed or deinstalled only centrally.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
