    You specified a print control that is not defined with the currently
    edited device type, but is inherited from a so-called "base device
    type".

    System Response

    The system sends a warning. The print control of the base device type
    may not contain the printer commands required for the current device
    type.

    How to fix this error?

    To delete or change the print control, edit the base device type. Or
    create a print control for the current device type, which then overlays
    the inherited print control.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
