What causes this issue?

Problems with work item: &V2&
An inconsistent dataset was determined when accessing the work item
data (for example, there is no workflow work item for a dialog work
item). Inconsistent data can only result from the manipulation of work
item data, for example, when a work item is deleted with an SQL
statement.
The following error occurred: &V1&
Error code,,meaning
001,,Parent of a work item not available
002,,Error when reading a sub-workflow with the ID &V3&

System Response

The system cancels current processing.

How to fix this error?

Correction of the dataset is only possible in exceptional cases. The
workflow instance normally has to be deleted.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
