The link to the document is not created.

How to fix this error?

Before you create the link, save the document in the
<DS:SIMG.HC_LANGUAGE_PATH>network folder</> defined for the storage of
the user's Help Center documents, or select a document that is already
in the folder.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
