You have specified a planned start which is before the project start
date &V2&. The planned start must be greater than or equal to the
project start date &V2&.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Specify a planned start after &V2&.
Otherwise change the project start date in the project structure root
