You have specified a plan start after the project end date &V2&. It
must be before the project end.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Specify a plan start before &V2&.
Otherwise change the project end date in the project structure root
