What causes this issue?

You have specified a plan end which is after the project end date &V2&,
but the plan end must be before or on the project end date &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Specify a plan end before &V2&.
Otherwise change the project end date in the project structure root
node activity data.
