What causes this issue?

You have attempted to print a spool request by choosing "Print all".
However, you are not authorized to change the attributes or the output
device of the output request. No printout created.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To print the spool request with different parameters, you need the
authorization "ATTR" or "REDI". If you have the authorization "PRNT" or
"REPR" you can only print the unmodified request.
