What causes this issue?

The SAP user to whom you want to assign a Business Workplace already
has a Business Workplace.

How to fix this error?

If you still want to assign a new Business Workplace to the user, you
first have to reset the old one. All the data contained in the old
Business Workplace is then deleted.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
