What causes this issue?

You tried to copy a reply recipient to whom the original document was
sent via direct external transmission.

System Response

The system cannot enter the address in the recipient list.

How to fix this error?

Send the document to this recipient directly. To do this, enter his/her
address in the field <LS>Recipient</> or display the possible entries
using the F4 input help.
