  • What causes this issue?

You want to display the release statuses for a signature strategy to
which more than eight individual signatures were assigned.
For these signature strategies, manual maintenance of the release
statuses and the signature sequence is no longer possible for technical
reasons. The system creates a release status when the signature sequence
is maintained. To achieve the release status, all individual signatures
    assigned must be completed successfully.

the release status created by the system.
For more constraints relating to the display and maintenance of
signature sequences and release statuses, see the long text for the
message that is displayed when you maintain the signature sequence.
