You are not authorized to import policies for all audit areas.

How to fix this error?

On the initial screen, enter an audit area for which you are authorized.

Procedure for System Administrators

Before you can import policies, the system checks that the authorization
object S_IRM_POL has the activity 01 (create). Authorization can be
restricted to one or more audit areas.
See the documentation for the authorization object.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
