What causes this issue?

The checked activation of data for customizing object &V1& by BC Sets,
is not possible, for technical reasons.
"Checked activation" means that when you import the data (BC Set
activation) the same checks are performed on the data records as in
dialog data maintenance (in the IMG or SM30/SM34).

System Response

Checked activation is usually only possible for customizing objects
which are based on the standard maintenance transactions SM30/SM34, i.e.
it must have a generated maintenance dialog for its views (incl. view
clusters) or tables. The compare flag of the table/view or view cluster
must also be set to "Automatically Adjustable" (see transaction SE54 or
SOBJ with the object &V1&). Checked activation of objects of type 'T'
(individual transactions), 'L' (logical transport object), or simple
database tables without generated maintenance dialog, is not possible.

How to fix this error?

The transaction SOBJ contains detailed information about the BC Set
compatibility of customizing objects. The header information for object
&V1& contains a BC Set compatibility check pushbutton.
Check whether the object data can be activated "unchecked". If not, you
cannot activate the object data. In this case, you can only use the
object to document existing customizing settings (if this use scenario
is allowed).
