What causes this issue?

The SAP developer responsible has forbidden checked activation of data
for IMG activity "&V2&" (technical name: '&V1& ', customizing object: '
&V3&') by BC Sets.
"Checked activation" means that when the data is imported (BC Set
activation) the same checks are performed on the data records as in data
maintenance in dialog (in the IMG or SM30/SM34).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The help for the transaction S_CUS_IMG_ACTIVITY provides detailed
information about the BC Set compatibility of the IMG activity. Enter
the technical name '&V1&' in the input field of the IMG activity, and
perform the BC Set compatibility check (icon in the application toolbar
). If the IMG activity maintains several customizing objects, choose the
object '&V3&'. Otherwise, this object is displayed directly in the
detail screen.
Check whether the data for the IMG activity can be activated
"unchecked". If this is not the case, you cannot activate the IMG
activity. In this case you can only use the IMG activity to document
existing customizing settings (if this application scenario is allowed).
