    It could be that there is no connection to the source system.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the TRFC overview in the source system.
    Check the source system connection for errors and check the
    authorizations and profiles of the remote users in BW and the source sys
    tem.
    Check the ALE output of the source system for IDocs that have not been
    posted.
