    Changes you make to the structure of a recipe apply to all change
    statuses of the recipe. For this reason, you may only change the recipe
    structure if all change statuses have status <LS>In process</>.
    There is at least one change status for the current recipe that does
    not meet this requirement. The system does not accept the structure
    changes.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the status of all change statuses. You have the following
    options:
    At least one of the change statuses has status <LS>Released</>,
    <LS>Application scope restricted</>, <LS>Inactive</>, or <LS>Obsolete
    </>.
    You can no longer restart the processing of this change status. The
    recipe structure cannot be changed.
    At least one of the change statuses has status <LS>Rejected</> or
    <LS>Processing closed</>. Proceed as follows:
    RESET N2
    Reject change statuses with status <LS>Processing closed</>.
    Restart processing all change statuses.
    Make the structure changes as required.
