    The <DS:DE.PVS_RECIPE_BE_MAINT>Depend.chg statuses</> indicator has
    been set in Customizing for the recipe type of the current recipe. For
    this reason, you can only close the processing of the change status if
    none of the preceding change statuses still has status <LS>In process
    </> or <LS>Rejected</>.
    There are, however, earlier change statuses for this recipe whose
    processing has not yet been closed. The system does not execute the
    function.
