Posting' indicator must not be set for the function module.
The usage decision is not saved.
If you want to make a usage decision executing follow-up actions, use
'Record Usage Decision' (transaction QA11) or 'Change Usage Decision'
(transaction QA12).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
