  • What causes this issue?

    During transfer of defects to quality notifications, validation checks
    are executed. The validation check failed because of the following
    reason: <ZK>&V1&</> (root cause: <ZK>&V2&</>)

    The transfer of defect data is stopped.

    How to fix this error?

    Solve the root cause that prevents successful validation:
    If the root cause is related to the custom implementation of the BAdI
    <ZK>QM_NCM_DEFECT_VAL_TRANSFER_QN</>, the implementation must be
    adjusted accordingly.
    If the root cause is related to the data of the defects or the quality
    notification, then either adjust the data or choose different data that
    passes the validation check.
