The items cannot be procured because the quality assurance system of the
supplier/manufacturer will not be valid on the planned delivery date. If
there are partial deliveries in the request for a quotation, the request
refers to these partial deliveries.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
