Message text: & were found for distributed inspection types
You have triggered the distribution of the inspection setup by sending
directly.
The system uses the selection criteria to find the &v1& inspection
types which should be sent as IDOCs using ALE. If you have not
specified a target system on the entry screen, the system tries to
determine one or more receiving systems using the distribution model
with the message category MATQM or BAPI. If at least one recipient is
found, the inspection setup data is distributed to this recipient. If
no recipient could be determined, the system cannot distribute the
data.
&NOTE&
We recommend that you create a model view for the BAPI <ZH>SaveReplica
</> of the <ZH>MatInspectionControl</> object in the distribution
model. Otherwise, distribution is not possible through the evaluation
of change pointers.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Self-Explanatory Message Since SAP believes that this specific error message is ...
SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
