    You attempted to change the validity period of the FMLA request.

    the date, the assigned absence would then be outside the validity
    period and would therefore no longer be covered by FMLA.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to change the validity period, you must first remove the
    absence assignment.
    Bear in mind that the employee has already been assured FMLA coverage
    for the period specified.
