    You executed the function "&V1&" with regard to a question list/an
    element of a question list (for example, element, question). However,
    the status of the question list does not allow this function. This
    function can only be executed for the status "Being Created" and "Being
    Processed".
    &NOTE&
    The same restriction applies for audit question lists/elements of an
    audit question list. In these cases, the status of the audit is
    checked.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
