Message text: Read the long text documentation
You have entered a date that does not correspond to the archiving rules
valid in the international standard.
The following archiving rules apply for France:
Between the archiving date and the retroactive accounting date, which
were both defined for the archiving group, there must be at least two
full calendar years. This prerequisite is absolutely necessary.
The retroactive accounting date is fixed: January 1 of the year two
years before the current year (corresponding to the international
standard). In your case it is on &V1&.
However, you can adjust this prerequisite by taking a retroactive
accounting date up to January 1 of the year before the current year
(corresponding to the French standard). In your case that is &V2&.
This has the following consequences:
When archiving is finished for each employee in the archiving group
that you are currently defining, you can only perform new retroactive
accounting up to the predefined retroactive accounting date for the
archiving group.
The <zk>Payroll Status</> infotype (0003)</> is updated for each
employee whose <zk>Furthest Retroactive Accounting Date</> is earlier
than the predefined date for the archiving group.
The system then overwrites the predefined date for the archiving group
with the date in infotype 0003. You can no longer change it.
The system outputs information on the consequences of such a date
change.
Ensure that the archiving and retroactive accounting dates for the
archiving group are defined correctly, and while you do this, take your
enterprise-internal applications into account.
The following applies for all employees who are assigned to the
archiving group:
From now on you can only access the archived data in display mode.
Retroactive accounting beyond the retroactive accounting date of the
archiving group is no longer possible.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
