This can happen in the following situations:
You want to archive trip data and have chosen the archiving date as the
specified date.
You want to archive trip data. Trip data is transferred to <LS>payroll
</> in your system. You have chosen the retroactive accounting limit
for <LS>payroll</> as the specified date. The system has used it to
calculate a default value for the archiving date for trip data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
