This error is often related to the time evaluation process in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).

    Cause:

The error is triggered when a user tries to modify or change time data (such as attendance, absence, or other time-related records) for a period that has already been evaluated. • PT60: Time Evaluation
      • PT61: Time Evaluation with Correction
      • PT70: Time Evaluation for Absences
    3. Unlock the Period: If necessary, you may need to unlock the evaluation period. This typically requires administrative privileges and should be done with caution to avoid data inconsistencies.

    4. Consult with HR or SAP Support: If you are unsure about how to proceed or if the changes are complex, it may be best to consult with your HR department or SAP support team. They can provide guidance on the appropriate steps to take based on your organization's policies and the specific SAP configuration.

    5. Review Configuration Settings: In some cases, the configuration settings in SAP may need to be reviewed to ensure that they align with your organization's requirements for time evaluation and corrections.

    Related Information:

    • Documentation: Refer to SAP Help documentation for detailed information on time evaluation and correction processes.
    • User Roles: Ensure that the user attempting to make changes has the appropriate authorizations to modify time records.
