What causes this issue?

In addition to choosing a personnel number, you must choose an infotype
and an editing function to maintaiin personal master data.

How to fix this error?

Choose an entry from the infotype menu.
If the infotype required does not appear in the current menu, you can
set up the menu required using the function <LS>Other menu</> or enter
the name or the identifier of the infotype required directly in the
field <LS>Infotype</>.
