What causes this issue?

The selected organizational unit to which you want to reassign the
employee is assigned to a different shift group from the organizational
unit that you are processing.
For this reason, the shift abbreviations in the receiver organizational
unit do not match the shift abbreviations of the donor organizational
unit. In this case, the receiver organizational unit only displays an
asterisk ("*") if time information that is not the same is represented
by equivalent shift abbreviations.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
