The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check whether the personnel area of the person has been assigned a
country code.
Check whether there are holder relationships for person &V1& that start
before the date the person was hired. Infotypes 0 and 2 must exist for
the period between &V2& and &V3&.
