OIB_QCI_QUANTITY_CONTROL or OIB_QCI_CONVERSION_SIMPLE. Note the
transaction/process for which the error occurs and either change your
program or contact SAP if the error occurs in a standard SAP program.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
