What causes this issue?

The system read change pointers. However, the subsequent analysis of
these pointers and their comparison with the Customizing settings for
document adjustment and your selection criteria (change period) has not
found any condition records for which document adjustments are
necessary.

System Response

There is no data to be processed.

How to fix this error?

Look into the matter, in particular the Customizing settings for the
document category.
