determine certain shipping data. In the process, an error occurred with

When the function module for determining the shipping data was called,
the material number was not transferred.
This is probably a program error.
'5' Organizational data not filled
When the function module for determining the shipping data was called,
the sales area was not passed on.
This is probably a program error.
'6' Plant number is not filled
When the function module for determining the shipping data was called,
the supplying plant was not passed on.
This is probably a program error.
'7' Shipping point cannot be determined
'8' Sales area cannot be determined
No sales area exists via which the distribution center can supply the
plant.
The item contains the maintenance status "incomplete". The system is
unable to generate any follow-on documents.
First maintain the required master data and then create the allocation
table.
If the material does not exist, check if the sales area data has been
created for the material.
If the material or plant number is missing or the organizational data
is missing, inform your system administrator.
If the shipping point is missing, check if a shipping point has been
created for the distribution center.
Check if shipping point determination has been properly configured in
Customizing for the distribution center: the shipping point depends on
the shipping condition, the loading group and the receiving plant.
If the sales area is missing, check in the distribution center's plant
master record ("Valuation/Inventory Management" view) if "Search via
supplying plant/customer" has been set up for sales area determination.
Maintain a sales area via which the distribution center is allowed to
supply the plant.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
