  • What causes this issue?

    The statistical records that the system uses to enter the business
    volume data for a rebate arrangement must be managed in condition
    record unit &V2&. However, the condition record has unit &V1&.
    It is possible that the error was caused during business volume update
    at invoice receipt, because the business volume data is not updated in
    the form required (quantity, points, weight, volumes).
    The internal ID of the statistical record is condition record number
    &V3& and tax code &V4&.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Get your system administrator to correct the statistical record.
