  • What causes this issue?

The list could not be outputted to file &V1& on the presentation
    server.
This can have a number of different causes.
In this case it is error &V2&. The following errors are possible:
    RESET N1
File &V1& could not be opened
    Error when writing to &V1&
    Additional errors

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Check whether you have entered a valid file name. The file name must be
valid for the operating system of the presentation server. The
presentation server is the computer upon which the presentation of the
SAP System runs and is different from the application server.
    Example:
You are working on a Personal Computer (Op. system DOS/Windows or OS/2)
as presentation server. This is connected to an application computer,
upon which the SAP System is running (operating system, for example,
UNIX). A file on the presentation server has the name
C:\DATA\REPORT.TXT, for example. A file on the application server under
UNIX has, for example, the name /tmp/report.txt.
Check whether file &V1& has just been edited by an application. If, for
example, you have already opened the file with a table calculation on
your PC, then you cannot export data from the R/3 System to this file
    at the same time.
