reconciled. Plan activity is smaller than the plan activity input of
this activity type on the receiver (scheduled quantity).

System Response

This can result in useless activity price calculation. In particular,
an iteration divergence can occur. To prevent this, the scheduled
quantity is taken as the activity quantity. Since this is a serious
error, however, the calculation results are not posted.
