  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: KP - CO-OM Planning

  • Message number: 259

  • Message text: No actual activity price calculation planned

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

Plan activity prices are used for all actual allocations in controlling
    area &V1&, fiscal year &V2&, version &V3&. A fully-iterative actual
activity price is not to be calculated.

    System Response

The SAP System cannot calculate actual prices because there are no new
    activity prices to be calculated.
    Processing is not executed.

    How to fix this error?

Check the settings for version &V3&. If you want to calculate actual
prices, you must use <ZH>Fiscal year setting</> in <ZH>Detail</>:
Set the "Purely iterative activty price" indicator.
Alternately, set the "Valuation with actual prices" indicator to 1
(revaluation with user-defined transaction) or 2 (revaluation with
    original transaction).
In each case, revaluation of actual activities is executed, but
revaluation with the original transaction results in the variance
between actual and plan activity price allocation being no longer
    identifiable.
