  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You want to read data from the archive using the Archive Information
System (SAP AS). You specified this either in the dialog box for
choosing the data source on the selection screen in the line item
report or in Customizing table ASACCESS01.
You have called up the SAP DRB (Document Relationship Browser). This
attempted to find archived EC-PCA documents using SAP AS.
The archived data could not be read using SAP AS, as no active info
structure is available for profit center data.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If using EC-PCA reports (say with transaction KE5Z)
To read profit center data from the archive using SAP AS, contact your
system administrator. Alternatively, you can read the archive files
manually. To do so, choose the "data source" key on the line item
report selection screen. Unlike SAP AS, no index is used for the
archive search. The selected files are read in sequence, which can take
    a lot longer.
If you do not want to read data from the archive, change your settings
in the dialog box for choosing the data source, or ask your system
administrator to delete the entry with the name of the current
    transaction from Customizing table ASACCESS01.
If using SAP DRB (also if SAP DRB is called up using transaction KE5Z):
To read data from the archive, contact your system administrator
If you do not want to read files from the archive, ignore this message.

    Procedure for System Administrators

To find out which info structures are active for archive access, see
the information for the data source. Call up transaction KE5Z (KE5Y),
choose "Data Source" and choose the l button on the dialog box.
