What causes this issue?

The window does not have exactly 22 lines. This is necessary for
technical reasons. When creating the session it is not known, how big
the window is, in which the session is to be processed.

How to fix this error?

The procedure depends on the window system. You can create a new mode
under 'Motive'. This automatically has the correct size. Under other
windows systems you have the opportunity to set the window size to
'Default' under settings. Reprocess the session.
