Message type: E = Error
Message class: JITOUT - Messages for JIT Outbound
Message number: 811
Message text: No JIT calls exist for this material document
You want to reverse a material document for which no JIT calls exist.
At least one of the scheduling agreements has the production supply
indicator "Z" and is therefore a JIT scheduling agreement. However, the
material document to be reversed has no reference to a JIT call.
This message is simply a warning. The system will still reverse the
material document.
If you posted the goods receipt without reference to a JIT call (using
transaction <LS>MB01</>, for example), no error exists.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This error indicates that the system cannot find any JIT calls associated with the specified material document. Here’s a breakdown of the potential causes, solutions, and related information:

Solutions:
- Verify JIT Call Creation: Check if a JIT call has been created for the material document. You can do this by navigating to the JIT call management transaction (e.g., transaction code JIT1 or JIT2) and verifying the existence of the call.
- Check Document Number: Ensure that the material document number you are using is correct. Double-check for any typographical errors.
- Review JIT Configuration: If you suspect configuration issues, review the JIT settings in your SAP system. Ensure that the necessary configurations for JIT processing are in place.
- Check Document Status: Look at the status of the material document to ensure it is in a state that allows for JIT processing. You can use transaction codes like MB03 to view the document.
- Consult Logs and Messages: Check for any additional error messages or logs that may provide more context about the issue. This can help identify if there are underlying problems.
